PARKING
There are a limited number of parking spaces available on site. The prices vary from $10.00 to $20.00. There are also many public and private lots situated near the Arena. The attendants accept only cash. Parking is also available outside of the Arena.

* Route 68 (Gilroy via Monterey Hwy)
* All buses offer disabled access *
* Light Rail – Take light rail to the Santa Clara St. station and you can walk to the arena or take
the free arena shuttle bus. Extra light rail trains will be added for major arena events.

* Bart – Take express bus route 180 from the Fremont bus station for direct service to and
from the arena. Call (408) 321-2300 for info.
* Caltrain – Service from any Caltrain station between S.F. and San Jose (The San
Jose Diridon Station) is available before and after all Sharks home games and other events.

information visit the Caltrain website at www.caltrain.com.
* Free Arena Shuttle (Sharks Games only) – Travels along 2nd St. to San Carlos, up
1st St. to Santa Clara, to the Arena. The shuttle stops at various places along this path. Service begins 90 minutes prior to events & operates every 15 Min. Call

BOX OFFICE
TICKET OFFICE HOURS: Monday through Friday, 9:30am – 5:30pm. Weekends the
Ticket Office is open as required for Event Schedule. The HP Pavilion at San Jose ticket
office is located at the corner of Autumn and Santa Clara streets.
DOORS
Doors open 75 minutes before the scheduled start time for Sharks games. Once a guest has
entered the Pavilion, he/she cannot exit and re-enter unless there are extenuating
circumstances that have been approved in advance by the Ushering supervisor. Re-entry is
also granted to those using the designated smoking areas.
WILL CALL
Will call tickets may be picked up at the South Ticket Office on Autumn Street no earlier
than two hours before the scheduled start time of the event. A government issued, photo ID
is required for identification. Will call tickets cannot be picked up at the North Ticket Office
near the main parking lot.
CHILDREN
Any child older than 23 months must have a ticket to enter HP Pavilion at San Jose. The
child must sit on the lap of the parent or guardian without interfering with other guests.
Some events, which are geared toward young children, require that children older than 11
months have a ticket as well.
