Now, you can take advantage of the opportunity to go behind the scenes of the sports and entertainment industry and get an up close look at this magnificent $210 million facility. In your personal guided tour through the Wachovia Center, you will be given an exclusive chance to visit and explore the private luxury seating levels, the press box, Arena Vision studio control room, Comcast SportsNet, the official NBA and NHL locker rooms and much, much more! You may also personalize your tour with a birthday celebration or catered lunch in our Broad St. Bistro. A tour of the Wachovia Center is an experience to be enjoyed by people of all ages! Tours are available for groups of 15 or more, Monday through Friday between 9:00am and 5:00pm. All tours must be reserved in advance. Groups of less than 15 people can be added on to existing scheduled tours. All groups may schedule a tour in advance and individuals may find out weekly tour schedules by calling the Wachovia Center Event Services department at (215) 389-9543 or click here to e-mail.

PARKING
BOX OFFICE
All events at the Wachovia Center and Wachovia Spectrum can be purchased in person at
the Wachovia Center Box Office located on the Broad Street side of the building. Patrons may
park in C-Lot while purchasing tickets.
On days when events are taking place at the Wachovia Spectrum, the Box Office there
(located on the lower level, facing the Wachovia Center) will be open starting three hours
before the event for will call only. Ticket windows for purchasing tickets are open on the main
outer concourse prior to each event.
DOORS
WILL CALL
Will Call at the Wachovia Center is located at the Box Office, on the Broad Street side of the building. At the Wachovia Spectrum, Will Call is located on the South Side of the building at
the lower level Box Office.
CHILDREN
Children under two do not require a ticket for most events but will be required to sit on the
lap of a paying customer.
