DIRECTIONS TO OTTAWA SENATORS
SCOTIABANK PLACE
Scotiabank Place is a quick 15 minute drive from downtown Ottawa – take Hwy 417 (the Queensway)
west to the Palladium Dr exit. This 4 lane arena-
specific interchange will bring you right to Scotiabank Place’s doors.
If you’re traveling from south of Ottawa, follow Hwy
31 or Hwy 416 to the 417. Proceed west on Hwy 417
to the Palladium Dr exit.
From the Outaouais region, take the Portage Bridge
across the Ottawa River. Proceed on Wellington St to
Lyon Street, and south on Lyon Street to Highway 417
(the Queensway). Follow the Queensway west to the Palladium Drive exit.
If you are coming from the west, take either Hwy 7 (Carleton Place, Smiths Falls, Perth) or Hwy 17
(Almonte, Pakenham, Arnprior, Renfrew) to Hwy 417
(the Queensway). Follow the Queensway east to the Palladium Drive exit.

PARKING
There are 6,500 parking spaces at Scotiabank Place, managed by Ideal Parking. Rates vary
by event, please check event information for event specific parking rates.
Parking spaces for guests with disabilities are available on a first-come, first-served basis in
Lot 3 at the southeast corner of Scotiabank Place. For further information please contact the Scotiabank Place Guest Services department at 599-0128.
BOX OFFICE
Tickets for all Scotiabank Place events, including Ottawa Senators’ single-game tickets, are available at the Scotiabank Place ticket office, located just inside the front doors at Gate 1. Scotiabank Place ticket office hours of operation are listed below. When an event occurs on a day outside of our regular hours of operation, the box office is open by 12:00 noon. When an on-sale
is scheduled on a day outside of our regular hours of operation the box office is open from
10am to 4pm.
DOORS
Unless otherwise stated, guests will be able to enter the arena 60 minutes before the
scheduled start time of a non-Senators event. Doors open at 5:30 pm.
WILL CALL
When picking up tickets on the day of the event, please arrive at least 1 hour prior to
avoid line ups.
CHILDREN
Most Scotiabank Place events do not require a child who is less than two-years-old to have
a ticket unless they are to occupy a seat. This policy will vary by event, so please inquire at
time of ticket purchase.
