PARKING
There are more than 15,000 parking spaces available within a 10-minute walk of Columbus
Blue Jackets Nationwide Arena, including surface lots and parking garages. Arena District parking
facilities are adequately staffed to assist in directing traffic in and out of lots and garages. During
events, all lots and garages will be pre-pay to avoid delays in exiting.
BOX OFFICE
The Nationwide Arena Ticket Office is located at the corner of Nationwide Blvd. and John H. McConnell Blvd. at the southwest corner of the arena.

DOORS
Doors at Nationwide Arena generally open one hour before most special events and
games. Exiting and re-entering the building with the same ticket is not permitted. Exceptions
are only made in the case of medical situations and emergencies. Guests with medical
emergencies or other emergencies who want to leave and then return to the building should
be directed to the Guest Services Station on the main concourse where the attendant will
issue a special pass for re-entry.
WILL CALL
Tickets may be picked up at the Will Call window of the Nationwide Arena Ticket Office
located at the corner of Nationwide Blvd. and John H. McConnell Blvd. Photo identification
is required to pick up tickets.
CHILDREN
Children ages 2 and over are required to have a ticket for admission, with the exception of
select children’s shows that require tickets for all children age 1 and over.
