Durham: Take I-85 North towards Raleigh/Durham.
In Durham, I-85 and I-40 split: take I40 east
towards Raleigh. Off of I40 East take Exit #289 (Stadium Complex/Wade Ave.). Go approximately 1 mile and take Edwards Mill Road exit.
From Rocky Mount:
Take US-64 West towards Raleigh. Take I-440 North/Outer Beltline exit towards Wake Forest.

PARKING
To enter the RBC Center Parking Lots from I-40 or Wade Avenue, exit Edwards Mill Road.
Travel South to Edwards Mill Road. The main RBC Center entrance is on your left.
Ample parking surrounding the complex, including accessible parking.
Fee: $10 general parking

A total of 8,000 spaces is available (combination of paved area and grass).
BOX OFFICE
Monday-Friday 10am – 6pm
Saturday 12 noon – 4pm (unless there is an NC State Football game)
Closed Sunday unless there is an event or ticket on-sale

Monday-Friday 10am – 60 minutes after the event begins*

WILL CALL
Tickets purchased less than 10 days prior to an event, or tickets left by a 3rd party,
are considered will-call tickets and are left at the Pick-Up Window. A picture ID and the
credit card used to purchase the tickets are required to pick up tickets. Pick-Up tickets
purchased through Ticketmaster charge by phone or over the Internet are available for
pick up 2 hours prior to the event start time and can be picked up at the designated
Pick-Up Window. Tickets or passes left by team players or touring personnel usually
arrive in the box office approximately one hour before the event start time.
Unfortunately, box office personnel have no way of knowing who is to receive
player or tour personnel tickets until they are delivered to the box office. Patrons may
also leave tickets at the Pick-Up Window; however the RBC Center cannot accept
responsibility for unclaimed tickets. Tickets will be released only to the person whose
name appears on the Pick-Up envelope.
CHILDREN
Ages 2 and older require a ticket.
